Surabhi Agro Service Centre

We have been running this agro service centre for a good many years now over here at Demow Charali. It is just a simple building not far from the post office in Demow. Most of the folks who live around here know where we are because they pass by us almost every day on their way to the fields or the market. We keep a lot of stuff that farmers need, like different types of seeds and some basic fertilizers. It gets pretty dusty inside, especially when we are moving big bags of grain around, but that is just part of the job. Sometimes the rain comes down so hard on the roof that you can barely hear the customers talking, and we just have to wait it out. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. There is just a small desk where I sit and a few wooden benches for people to rest on while they wait for their orders to be packed up. We spend a lot of time just chatting about the weather and how the crops are doing this season. It's a slow kind of life, but it suits us well enough. We don't try to push anything on anyone; people usually know exactly what they need before they even walk through the door. Sometimes we run out of things if the supply truck is late, and we just tell people to come back in a few days. Most don't mind since they live nearby anyway.
