Shivapriyaya Construction Llp is based out of Cherekapar, specifically at Mr. Chandan Chetia’s place. It’s a quiet area near Dhubapukhuri, away from the main noise of the bigger towns. We’ve been working out of here for a while now, handling construction jobs for folks in the local community. It started as a small idea among friends who had some experience in building. We don’t have a massive staff or a fleet of trucks, but we have enough to get the work done right. Most mornings start with a quick meeting to see who is going to which site. Since we are in Cherekapar, we know the local weather and how it affects building materials, especially during the monsoon season. We try to keep things simple. No one here wears a suit. You’re more likely to see us in work clothes, covered in a bit of dust. People come to us because they know where we live and they can just walk over to talk. We take care of the small details that people often overlook. It’s about building something that stays standing. We don’t promise things we can’t deliver, and we definitely don’t use those fancy brochures you see in the city. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hard work out here in the village. That is how we operate and we plan on keeping it that way.
