Our office is tucked away in the village of Shaymsundar, right in the Purba Burdwan district. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the Rather Masir Ghar. It is a local landmark that everyone knows, so we just tell people to head towards that and they usually find us without any trouble. M/S Sanjib Kumar Basu & Co. has been operating from this quiet corner for a while now. We are not located in one of those high-rise buildings with glass windows and elevators. Instead, we are right here on the ground, close to the dusty roads and the local shops of the P.S. Raina area. The atmosphere here is very different from the rush of a city office. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back while chatting with whoever happens to be around. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly involving local projects and paperwork that keeps the wheels turning. Our desks are usually covered in files and notebooks. There is no dress code here, and we don't have any polished speeches prepared for visitors. We just talk like regular people because that is what we are. We've grown up around these fields and these streets, so we know the people we work with quite well.
