Out here in Tilaknagar, things move at their own pace. Prabhat Group Of Industries has our head office right near Nirmal Nagar in Rahata. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the guys to get here every morning, but we all show up eventually. The office is right in the middle of everything, so there is always a bit of dust and noise from the surrounding area. We’ve got piles of ledgers and folders everywhere because we still like having things on paper. It makes it easier to find stuff when the computers are acting up. We deal with a lot of different industrial things, so there’s always a truck coming or going from the gate. The sun gets really hot in the middle of the day, so we usually take a long lunch break and just sit in the shade. It’s not the kind of place with shiny glass walls. It’s just a practical building where people work hard. We have a few guys who have been here since the start, and they know where every single nut and bolt is kept. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy events. We just focus on the production and making sure the factory side is running okay. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the workshop. Just a regular day in Rahata, really. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families.
