We started Kasheer Developers Private Limited over in Shopian. It is basically run out of Mohd Shafi Shah's place in Hirpora. Dealing with construction and development here in the mountains isn't always easy, especially with the winters we get. We just focus on getting things done for people in the local area. Usually, you can find us around the 192303 postcode. It's a small operation, really. We handle the paperwork and the actual building work ourselves. People know us around the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some local guys trying to build things right. Some days are busier than others. When the weather is clear, we are usually out on a site. If you're looking for us, we're right there near Hirpora. We've been around this part of Jammu and Kashmir for a while now. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or the roads, but we manage. My uncle and the rest of the crew stay pretty busy with the day-to-day tasks. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless we have to. It's just about building homes or whatever else is needed. We keep it simple.
