Shivam Traders

Our place is out on Semra Road, right near where the Gwalior Bypass starts. It is a good spot because the big trucks can get to us without getting stuck in the middle of town. Shivam Traders has been here in Chhitipur for some time now. We aren't a huge company, just a few of us working together to move goods around. The office is just a small room with a fan that makes a bit of noise. Most of the day is spent on the phone or talking to drivers who are passing through. The road can get very dusty, especially in the summer when the wind picks up. We deal with various trading items depending on the season and what people are looking for. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved and our clothes usually end up looking a bit rough by the end of the shift. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People find us because they see the sign from the road or someone tells them we are here. It is just honest work. We start early and stay until the last truck is sorted out. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when many loads arrive at once, but we manage to get through it. It is not a polished corporate office, just a practical trading business by the bypass where we get the job done every day.
