Real India Homes Private Limited is tucked away in Shivpuri at Sangita Palace. Specifically, we are in Flat Number 302/B. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate office, which I guess fits our name. Pankaj Kumar Singh is the one who keeps everything running here. S.K. Puri is a pretty active part of town, so there is always something happening outside. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to live and looking at different plots around the city. The office has some comfortable chairs and a lot of binders full of property details. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or just happen to see the name on the directory. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is in, especially when we are all trying to use the printer at the same time. There’s a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee every morning. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors don't seem to mind the extra foot traffic. It’s just a simple operation where we try to help folks find a place to stay. No fancy brochures or high-pressure sales stuff, just honest talk about what’s available in the local market and what the prices are looking like lately.
