Mp Masala Udhyog

Mp Masala Udhyog is located in the village of Didi Khurd, right off the Etawah Road in the Bhind district. We are out in the country, so you get a lot of fresh air until we start grinding the spices. Then, the air gets a bit sharp with the smell of chilies and coriander. It is a family-run kind of thing, and we have been at this post for a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can run our machines and bag up the masala. The dust from the grinding gets everywhere, and we are usually covered in a fine layer of yellow or red by the end of the shift. We don't have any fancy labels or big advertisements. Most people around here know us because we’ve been on the Etawah Road for ages. The work is loud and can be pretty tiring on the back, especially when we are moving heavy sacks of raw ingredients around. We just try to do a decent job and get the spice mixes right. It’s a basic operation, but it keeps the lights on and provides for the folks working here. Every day is pretty much the same—grinding, weighing, and packing—and that’s exactly how we like it.
