Gasa Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is based at No.J-2-B in the Akvn Industrial Area in Malanpur. It’s a standard industrial spot where we handle our engineering projects. You won't find many decorations or fancy furniture in our office. It’s mostly tools, computers, and stacks of technical drawings. Engineering involves a lot of problem-solving, and that’s how we spend our hours. Malanpur is an okay place to work, even if it feels a bit isolated from the main city. We have a small team here, and everyone is clear on their responsibilities. Big meetings aren't really our thing unless there’s a specific problem that needs solving. Usually, we just talk across the room or head out to the workshop area. It’s a direct way of working that saves us a lot of time. The industrial area has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for years now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just try to do our engineering tasks properly and keep things moving without a big fuss. The building is purely functional, which is all we really need to get the job done. Some days are slower than others, but we just take them as they come. We’ve been at J-2-B for a long time and it feels like where we belong. Living near Malanpur has its challenges, but working here is fine for what we do. The office stays quiet enough for us to focus on the numbers.
