If you head down Fatehpur Road, you’ll find us easily enough. Gaurav Enterprise is just a local business where we try to keep things simple. We have been operating from this same road for a long time, and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll often see one of us sitting behind the counter or checking the inventory in the back. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building with plenty of stock piled up. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly helping people find what they need for their own projects or businesses. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days are a complete rush with trucks coming in and out. The dust from the road gets in everything, so we are always cleaning, but it never really stays clean for long. We don't use any high-tech systems for our day-to-day work, just a ledger and some good memory. It’s the way things have always worked here. We value the relationships we have with the folks around Fatehpur Road more than anything else. If someone needs something, they know they can just stop by and we will see if we have it in the back. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it works for us. We don't bother with marketing or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we do.
