Dhaanya Dhara Construction India Private Limited is located in Srivastava Sadan, which is in the Shivpuri Colony area of Chas. We’ve been a part of this neighborhood for a good while. It’s a local business, not a big fancy corporation. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, site photos, and tea cups everywhere, but we know where everything is. We take on construction projects around Chas and the nearby areas. Being based in a residential colony means we see our neighbors all the time, so we try to do work that we can be okay with when we see them at the shops. Construction is a tough business. There is always a lot of dust, noise, and unexpected problems that pop up out of nowhere. One day it’s a machine breaking down and the next it’s a delay with the cement delivery. We just handle these things as they happen. We don't have any big mission statements or polished marketing materials. We just figure out what needs to be built and we get to work. Most of our time is spent on-site, talking to the guys and checking that things are moving along. It’s not always glamorous, and the heat can be really hard some days, but we just keep at it. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things simple and honest. That’s really all there is to our business.
