VRUKSHAM ESTATES LIMITED

We’ve got our office at No. 302 on 13th N. T. Road, specifically in the Park Avenue area of New Mandli. This is in Shimoga, which is a bit different from the big city life in Bangalore. Things move a little slower here, and we like it that way. We spend our time looking after various estates and land projects around the region. The office is on the third floor, and it’s a pretty basic setup with some wooden desks and a lot of paper files. We don't use much fancy software; we still prefer writing things down in ledgers when we can. The building is easy to find if you’re familiar with the New Mandli neighborhood. We see a lot of familiar faces coming in, mostly locals who have lived here for generations. Sometimes we go out to the sites to check on things, so the office might be closed for an hour or two in the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest estate company around. We just want to do a decent job and help people with their land needs. It gets quite warm in the summers, so we have a few fans going all day. If you drop by, you might find us having a chat about the local news or the weather. It's just a regular place where we get our work done and try to stay organized.
