PINOLA CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, Pinola Consultancy Private Limited, is based at 921/32 on 10th Cross. We are located near the Municipal Quarters in Davanagere. It’s a bit of an older part of town, which we actually like. The office itself is quite modest. We don't have marble floors or glass partitions. It’s just a few rooms with enough space for our computers and some filing cabinets. Most of the time, the place is quiet, except for the sound of the ceiling fans. We spend our days looking through documents and chatting about whatever needs to be done. It’s a small group of us here. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and sit together. The 10th Cross area can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we have to be careful coming in. We've known some of our neighbors for years. There’s no big marketing team here, just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We don’t really bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. If something needs fixing, one of us just does it. It's a practical way to work. We like being in Davanagere because everything is close by. The office isn't perfect, but it's ours and it serves its purpose. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do each week.
