It’s just us, the staff, sitting at our desks and taking care of the daily business. The office is pretty basic, but it serves its purpose. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of files that need organizing. Davanagere is a good place to be, and being in Karnataka feels right for what we do. We aren't interested in being fancy or using a lot of corporate jargon. If you ask us a question, we’ll give you a straight answer. Sometimes the internet is slow or the coffee runs out, but we just deal with it and keep working. Kirloskar at Rudresh Krupa is basically just a group of hard-working people. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and do the work that’s waiting for us.
