Junior Exucutive

This is the place for Junior Exucutive, run by Ravikumar Bm. He is the son of Megyanaik. We are based right in Bommanakatte Village, which is in the Holalkere Taluk of the Chitradurga District. It’s deep in Karnataka state. Our work is very local and we've been part of this village for generations. The office isn't really an office in the way people in cities think about it. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day. Living in a village means you know everyone by name and their families too. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. It’s just about doing the daily work that needs to be finished before the sun sets. The weather here can get quite hot in the summer, so we usually start early in the morning before it gets too bad. People come to see Ravikumar for help with various tasks and local matters. We are just a small family-run business trying to make a living. There aren't any big signs or advertisements outside the door. Word of mouth is how people find us here in Bommanakatte. We take pride in being from this district. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us very busy. We have our records kept in big folders and we try to stay as organized as we can. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just do what we can every day.
