Our place of work is out in the Ranjangaon Industrial MIDC Area. Southco India Pvt Ltd is located on Plot A-6/5. It is quite a long way out in Taluka Shirur, so it takes a bit of time to get here in the morning. This industrial area is huge, and you can easily get lost if you are not looking at the plot numbers carefully. We have been set up here for several years now. The facility is very basic and was built for work rather than for looking good. We have our daily routines and our production schedules that we follow. It is actually quite quiet out here compared to the noise of the city, which we like. We just get on with our own business every day. The team here is a good mix of people from the nearby villages and some who come from further away. We do not really do big corporate meetings or have fancy lunchrooms. We just look at what needs to be made and we get to work on it. Southco India is just one small part of this massive industrial zone. We share the dusty roads with a lot of other factories. Some days are harder than others when the power acts up, but we always find a way to manage. It is just regular work in a regular factory for us.
