At Sneha Bearings Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days out at Gate No-130 in Village Rajapur. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here depending on where you're coming from, but once you’re inside the village area, things feel a bit different than the city. We’ve got a decent amount of space in the shed. Usually, you’ll hear the sound of bearings being moved around or the forklift doing its rounds across the concrete floor. The taluka area is mostly quiet except for the industrial bits like ours. We keep ourselves to ourselves for the most part, just making sure the orders are packed right and the inventory counts don't get messed up. Sometimes the village dogs wander near the gate, looking for a bit of shade. It gets quite hot in the afternoons under the corrugated roof, so we have a couple of big fans that don't do much but move the warm air around. We eat our lunch together in the small break area we set up in the corner. There’s no big corporate office here, just some desks and a lot of steel. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t really do much talking unless it’s about the work at hand. By the time five o'clock rolls around, we’re usually ready to head home and beat the traffic back through the main village road.
