Jagadamba Auto Components Ltd. is situated at Gat No. 551-552 in Koregaon Bhima. You can find us just off the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway in the Shirur Taluka. Being so close to the highway means there is always a lot of movement around us. We see trucks and cars flying by all day long. Our facility is pretty spread out because we have both gats to work with. It’s mostly just a lot of machinery and people in work clothes. It gets quite hot in the summer months, especially under the tin roofs, but we have some fans that help a little. We aren't a fancy corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a factory, plain and simple. We spend our hours making components and checking that everything is built right. Most of the people working here live in the nearby villages and have been with us for years. We all know each other’s names and usually eat lunch together in the shade. We don't have a marketing team or any of that. We just focus on the orders we have and try to keep the machines running. Sometimes there are delays with the power or the materials, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s hard work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. That’s just the way things go for us here in Koregaon Bhima. We’ve been at this address for a long time.
