Our factory is located in the Ranjangoan Industrial Area, right on Plot No. G/2 in Shirur. It’s a massive area with lots of big plants, so we fit right in. We spend our days making automotive components. The machines are huge and they make a lot of noise, so we all wear ear protection. It’s a very industrial setting. Shifts start early, and the canteen is always full during lunch breaks. We have a lot of people working here, from engineers to floor staff. The road to Taluka Shirur is always busy with trucks carrying parts and raw materials. We don't really have a local "shop" feel because we are a bigger operation, but the people here are still a tight group. We focus on getting the gaskets and seals right for the car companies. There’s a lot of dust and heat in the plant, but that’s just how it is. We have big loading docks that stay busy all night. It’s not the kind of place where you just walk in to chat. You need a pass and safety gear. We've been part of this industrial belt for a long time. It’s a heavy-duty environment where we make sure the production lines don't stop.
