Cararo India Limited

Down in Ranjangaon, within the MIDC area, you will find us at B-2/2. It is a massive industrial zone, so it feels like a city of factories out here. Cararo India Limited is just one of many buildings in this stretch of road. The commute out to Ranjangaon can be long, but once you are here, the rhythm of the machines takes over. It is a dusty area because of all the heavy industry, and the roads are always filled with company buses and transport trucks. Our building is a solid, functional structure. Inside, it is mostly about the work floor. There is a lot of metal and the smell of oil and machinery. We have a small office area where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the action is out in the back. The workers here are a tough bunch; they handle the heat and the long shifts without much complaining. We have a small canteen where everyone gathers for tea and some snacks during the breaks. It is not the kind of place you would come for a holiday, but it is where things get made. The gates stay open during the day for deliveries, and there is always a security guard at the front checking IDs. It is an honest place where we put in the hours and then head home when the sun starts to go down. The area is growing fast, but it still feels like the middle of nowhere sometimes.
