Turning Point Consultancy Ltd is located in Shimoga, Karnataka. We are in the 577201 area, which is a bit of a change of pace if you are used to the noise of Bangalore. Our office is a plain, functional space where we handle different types of consulting work. We have a few rooms with desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. It is a quiet place for the most part, except when we are all on the phone at the same time. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to act like we know everything. We just look at the problems our clients have and try to find a practical way to fix them. Sometimes we go out for a long lunch when things are a bit slower, which is one of the perks of being in a town like Shimoga. The people who work here have mostly lived in this area for years, so we know the local businesses pretty well. We don't have any mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar and some notes tacked up. It’s a very grounded way to work. We enjoy the fact that we can actually get to know the people we are helping. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families when the day is over.
