We have been working out of our office at Avinash Nivas for a while now. It is located in the 12th Ward, right on 1st Main Road near the Krishna Rukmini Temple. Being around Bhuthanagudi means we see the neighborhood changing every single day. We handle land and building projects here. It is not always easy work, dealing with all the paperwork and site visits in the heat, but we stay busy with it. Most of the folks who stop by are locals looking to see what is happening with the new developments. We keep things pretty straightforward at Shiradi Sai Mega City Developers Llp. There are a few of us here who manage the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the road gets a bit crowded because of the temple nearby, but we like the energy of the place. We just focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the sites are moving along. It is a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers. We don't have a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can look at plans and talk to people. People know where to find us if they need to discuss a plot or a building job in this part of town. It’s a local operation, and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. Just working hard and keeping things moving.
