Sankara Eye Hospital

Down on Thirthahalli Road in Harakere, that’s where you’ll find our eye hospital. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We’ve been here for some time now, and most of the people in the area know us by now. We spend our days checking people's vision and helping them out with whatever eye issues they have. It’s not a very fancy building, just a place that works for what we need. We have a few rooms for exams and a space where the doctors can do their work. The road outside can get a bit busy during the day with all the passing vehicles, but it’s mostly just local folks coming through. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we're just a group of people who know about eyes and want to help the community around Harakere. Every morning we open up, clean the floors, and wait for the first patients to arrive. Some days are slow and we have time to chat with the regulars, other days the waiting room is full from the moment we unlock the doors. We just take it as it comes. If someone needs glasses or has something more complicated going on with their sight, we do our best to help them out. It’s steady work and it feels good to be part of the neighborhood here. We just focus on the eyes.
