Puravankara Prijects Limited,Bangalore

Our setup is a bit different out here in Shimoga. We are located near Talakalale Circle on Jog Road, right in the Kargal-Post area. It's a beautiful part of the state, especially being so close to the Jog falls area. We operate out of a space shared with Chandra Kumar. It’s a simple building, very much a local vibe. The air is fresher here than in the cities, and we get a lot of rain during the monsoon. Being in Sagar taluk means we handle things for the Puravankara Prijects Limited,Bangalore in this specific region. The office itself is modest. We have a couple of desks and a small area for visitors to sit. We don't see a huge crowd, just local workers and sometimes people from the main office coming down. It's a lot of driving back and forth between sites. Most days are spent on the phone or out in the field. We take our lunch breaks at the small hotels nearby. There’s a certain pace of life here that we’ve grown used to. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on our laptops. It's not flashy, but it works for what we need to do. People in the village know us by now. It’s a long way from the Bangalore headquarters, but we stay busy with the local requirements and keeping things moving. We don't have fancy furniture, just what's needed for the day's work.
