We work on developing land and building things from the ground up. It’s a lot of coordination with different people, from architects to the guys actually pouring the concrete. We’ve got maps and blueprints spread out over most of the tables here. Most of our work happens out in the field, but this is where we handle the paperwork and meet with people looking for plots or new homes.
