Kartik Pharma

We have been here in Garden Area for a while now, specifically on 2nd Cross. It’s a busy little spot and Kartik Pharma is right in the middle of it. Every morning starts about the same, unlocking the shutters and making sure the floor is swept before the first person walks in. Most days it’s quiet until the afternoon when people start coming back from the hospital or their doctors. We spend a lot of time looking at lists and making sure the shelves aren't empty. Sometimes the boxes from the distributors arrive all at once and the narrow space gets a bit crowded. It’s a lot of work just keeping track of everything. The 2nd Cross street gets pretty dusty in the summer, so we’re always wiping down the counters. We know the neighbors pretty well since they stop by for their regular stuff. It isn’t anything fancy, just a room full of medicine and some chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Managing a place like this means you don’t get much downtime, but that is fine with us. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the piles of paperwork on the desk get a bit out of hand. There’s a tea shop just down the road that we go to when things get slow. Usually, it's just about making sure people get what they need and getting through the daily list of chores. It’s a long day every day.
