Our place is a bit of a mouthful to describe, but we’re located at Manohar Jayarama Shree Gurukrupa Nilaya Bachagaru Talavata At Post Sagara (Tq) Shimoga (Dist) Karnataka-577421. Even though the name is Hindustan Construction Company Limited-Mumbai, this is our local Karnataka branch. It’s a beautiful area, much greener than the big cities. The office is more like a house than a business building, which we actually prefer. It makes the long days feel a little shorter. We don't do any of that fancy corporate branding or polished mission statements. We’re just a team of people who focus on construction. Sagara is a nice place to be based, even if it’s a bit far from the main hubs. We spend a lot of our time traveling between different sites in the district. Back at Shree Gurukrupa Nilaya, we mostly just handle the paperwork and take calls. It’s a bit of a quiet life out here, but we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous; we just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. If you’re looking for us, just ask around the Bachagaru area. Most people know where the construction folks have their office. It’s a straightforward setup for straightforward people. We've been here for years and hope to keep it that way for even longer.
