Eta Constructions

We are Eta Constructions, located in Shimoga. Our office is on the 1st Floor of 22/84 in the K.R. Puram Extension. The pincode here is 577202. Shimoga is a bit different from the big cities like Bangalore or Chennai. It has its own pace, and we like that. We’ve been part of the K.R. Puram neighborhood for a while now. Most of our work is local, helping people build homes or commercial spaces in this part of Karnataka. We are a small, dedicated team. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how to handle construction. When you come to our office, you’ll likely see us drinking tea and going over the day's schedule. It’s a very informal environment, but we take the actual building part seriously. We know the local suppliers and the local climate, which helps when we're planning a project. We don't try to be something we’re not. We are just builders who live in the same town where we work. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of the schedule, but we do our best to stay on track. People in Shimoga appreciate a straightforward approach, and that’s what we give them. We are just over in the extension, working away on whatever project is next on the list. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year.
