Camera Scan Services

Camera Scan Services is up in Maruthi Towers on Llr Road in Durgigudi. We are on one of the upper floors, so you get a decent view of the street from the window. We spend our time scanning old photos and fixing up digital files. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, but it’s good work. The office is small and usually smells like old paper because people bring in boxes of family pictures. We try to be careful with everything because these things are important to people. Durgigudi is a nice part of town, though it can get noisy with all the shops downstairs. We have a few scanners that hum all day long. Sometimes we have to stop and clean the glass because of the dust. It’s just two of us here most of the time. We don't have a fancy reception area; just a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look at their photos. The floor is a bit scuffed from moving the equipment around. We aren't trying to be some high-end studio. We just provide a service that people seem to need. Most of our day is spent looking at faces from years ago. It’s a quiet life in a busy building. If you're looking for us, just take the stairs up in Maruthi Towers. We usually have a stack of finished envelopes ready for pickup.
