We operate Adeera Infra Developers Llp from No. B.23. Our office is located in B Block over in the G G Extn area, specifically on 3rd Cross. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, which helps when we need to focus on the technical side of development work. We deal with infrastructure stuff, so there’s always a lot of technical drawings and site plans laying around the desks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work that needs to get done every day. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different contractors or checking on how things are progressing on-site. The office in G G Extn isn't very large, but it's where everything gets organized and where we keep all the records. We’ve got a routine down where we check the mail, handle the calls, and keep the projects moving forward. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes when deadlines get close, but that’s normal for this kind of work and we don't complain much about it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does what it says it will. Being located in B Block makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of the city when we need to. We like the setup we have here. It’s practical and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the small details don't get missed.
