Vipul Sood & Company

You can find us over at Saraswati Bhavan in Sanjauli. We are right near the DAV Public School in the North Oak area. It’s a bit of a climb sometimes, but that’s just how Shimla is. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just a few rooms where we get our work done. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short walk to get here in the morning. We spend our days looking at figures and dealing with the government forms that people need help with. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important and we take it seriously enough. We know most of the neighbors and the parents who drop their kids off at the school nearby. It feels like a real community around here. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to stay organized and help out the people who walk through our door. Sometimes we’re a bit disorganized with our own files, but we always find what we need eventually. It’s a human way of doing things. We’ve stayed small on purpose because it’s easier to manage and we like knowing everyone who comes in. It’s just Vipul and the rest of the crew doing our best to keep things straight. It's a good spot to be.
