Tara Hospital

If you know the Padam Dev Complex on Mall Road, you’ve probably seen where we are. Tara Hospital is on the 3rd floor. It’s right there by The Ridge, so we get a lot of people passing by the area every day. The building itself is quite well-known in this part of town. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a decent view of what’s happening on Mall Road, though we’re usually too busy to look out the windows much. The hospital isn't like those massive ones you see in the movies. It’s more of a local place where things are a bit more personal. We have our wards and the reception area, and it can get quite hectic when a lot of people arrive at once. The floor tiles are a bit worn down from all the walking back and forth over the years. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the day-to-day tasks, like checking on patients or making sure the supplies are stocked up in the cabinets. Sometimes the heater doesn't work quite right on those cold mornings, but we manage with extra blankets. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one is trying to be fancy or impressive. We just handle the work as it comes and try to stay organized in the middle of all the noise from the Ridge.
