Snowmount Agrimech LLP is located over at Shogi, near Shimla. You can find us at Om Parkash Panog’s place. Since we are in the Shimla Urban area but also close to the rural parts, we see a bit of both worlds. We focus on the mechanical side of things because farming these days needs more than just a shovel and a prayer. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just Om Parkash and a few of us who know our way around a machine. We spend a lot of time fixing things that have broken down or trying to find better ways to plow the hillside. The hills here are steep, and it takes a lot out of you. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If someone needs help with their equipment or wants to know about new tools, they just drop by the Shogi office. It’s usually a bit messy with parts and grease, but that’s how you know work is getting done. We don't have a fancy logo or a big sign. Most people find us because they know Om Parkash or they’ve heard we can help out. It’s just practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make the farming a little less tiring for the people around here. It’s hard enough as it is without your tractor breaking down every five minutes.
