It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. We just do our work and go home. When the winter comes, it gets quite cold, so we usually have a heater running. People drop by to say hello or to ask questions about their accounts. It’s very informal. We don't use big words or complicated processes. We just try to get things done correctly for everyone in the village. It’s a humble place, just part of the local landscape in this part of Shimla. We’ve been here for a while and don't really plan on changing how we do things. It works for us and the people who live nearby.
