We are located down at the ground floor of the Mukund Complex in Shivnagar. If you know the area in Panthagati, you’ve probably seen the passport office nearby. We are actually right below it. It’s a busy spot in Shimla, and we spend most of our time here handling whatever comes through the door. The traffic outside can get a bit much during peak hours, but that is just how things are in this part of town. Most people find us because they are already coming to the passport office for their own work. We have been here for a while now, just working out of this small office space. It isn’t anything fancy, just a few desks and some chairs where we sit and talk to people who stop by. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up. Being in Shimla means dealing with the cold in the winters, so we usually have a heater going in the corner. We don't have a big corporate team, it's just us local folks doing the work every day. We know the roads around here quite well. If you are walking down from the main road, look for the sign near the entrance of the complex. Sometimes we step out for chai at the stall around the corner when things are quiet. It’s a straightforward life running a business in a hilly place like this. We just take it one day at a time.
