Our place is situated up in the hills of Himachal Pradesh, in a spot called Po Batari in Shimla. We go by the name Relience Relogistics India Pvt Ltd. Working in the mountains is quite different from being in a big city. The air is fresh but it gets incredibly cold when winter comes around. We handle logistics, which is a bit of a challenge here because the mountain roads can be tricky and the weather is unpredictable. Our office is just a basic building with what we need to get the job done. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We are just a small team of local people who know these hills well. We don't have a big marketing budget or a mission statement. We just focus on moving goods in and out of the region. Managing shipments in this part of the country takes a lot of patience. Sometimes a road gets blocked by a landslide or snow, and we have to figure out a new plan. We’ve been based in Batari for some time now. It’s a quiet area, but the work keeps us busy. Most people find us through word of mouth when they need something moved. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do our work, and try to make sure everything gets where it’s supposed to go.
