We are Pioneer Consulting Engg.Pvt. Ltd. and our office is up here in Vpo Balh, which is in the Bangana area of Una district. Living and working in Himachal Pradesh is different than being in a big city. The pace is a bit slower, and we’re surrounded by the hills, which makes the morning commute pretty nice. Our work is mostly focused on engineering projects around the local district. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and then going out to see how things are actually being built on the ground. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a massive glass building; we just have a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky, especially when the rains come through the valley, but we manage to stay on schedule most of the time. People in Bangana know us as the folks who handle the technical side of things. We aren't interested in using a lot of big words or making things sound more complicated than they are. We just look at the problems, figure out a way to build what’s needed, and move on to the next task. It’s honest work, and we take it one day at a time. Being part of this community in Una is important to us, and we like being the local experts folks can talk to when they have a project in mind.
