Orbits Impreza

Orbits Impreza is located right on Mall Road in Shimla. If you’ve walked along the main stretch here, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of tourists and locals alike. We’ve been operating out of this area for quite some time now. Building things up here in the mountains is a whole different ball game compared to the plains. The terrain is steep, and getting materials up the hills can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our time figuring out the logistics of how to get a truckload of bricks or timber to a site without everything sliding around. Our office is a small, functional space where we handle all the planning. It’s often cold, so we usually have a heater going while we look over drawings. We aren't a big, fancy firm. We’re just a group of people who understand how Shimla works and what it takes to build here. We don’t use any corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. Mostly, we just talk to our clients about what’s possible given the slope of their land and the local weather. Winter can be tough, and work often slows down when the snow hits, but we plan for that. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Mall Road over the years, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a matter of knowing the soil, the slopes, and the local rules. We just work hard and try to stay honest about what we can do.
