Down in the village of Dalgaon, near Kutara in the Rohroo area of Shimla, you’ll find us at M/S Sany Heavy Industry India Pvt Ltd. It’s a beautiful part of Himachal Pradesh, though the roads up here can be a real challenge, especially when the weather turns bad. Our office is more of a local hub for the heavy industry work we do in this region. We aren’t in some big city office building; we are right here in the village where the air is clear but the work is still hard. Being in Shimla district means we have to be practical about how we run things. Sometimes the power goes out or the snow makes it hard to get around, but we keep the office going as best we can. We handle a lot of the local logistics for the heavy machinery that moves through these hills. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy titles. Most of the time, we’re just in our work clothes, checking schedules and making sure the equipment is where it should be. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there is always something that needs fixing or a delivery that needs tracking. We like it this way. It’s honest work in a place we call home, and we just take it one day at a time without much fuss or worry.
