Jai Prakash Associates Ltd

Our office is over in the South Lalaguda Railway Colony in Secunderabad. We are based at 7/1, c/o Pradeep Kumar. Being in a railway colony means we hear the trains quite often, which just becomes background noise after a few days. It is a fairly green and quiet area compared to the rest of the city. We work out of a space that feels more like a residence than a corporate office. It suits the way we do things at Jai Prakash Associates Ltd. We have a few rooms for our paperwork and meetings. It’s a modest setup with basic furniture. We spend most of our time on the phones or checking through the ledger books. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay on top of the work. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit for five minutes to get some air. The neighbors are mostly railway employees and their families, so it’s a friendly place to be. We don't have a big shining sign on the door. It’s just a practical spot where we can handle our business without too many distractions. Most of us take the local transport to get here. We like the routine of the colony life. It’s simple, it’s quiet, and it helps us get through the whole day. We just do our bit and keep things moving along smoothly. We just keep our heads down and get it done. It's okay.
