Indian Crown Agrotech Industry

We are located in Shimla, just a simple office for Indian Crown Agrotech Industry. Being up here in the mountains changes how you do business. Everything moves a little slower because of the terrain. Our office isn't in a big building; it's just a regular space where we keep our records and meet people. We deal with agricultural technology, but we aren't scientists in lab coats. We are just regular people who understand the local land. The weather in Shimla can be unpredictable. One day it’s sunny and you can see for miles, and the next day the fog is so thick you can’t see the road. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with farmers from the surrounding valleys. We have a small table where we sit and drink coffee. Most of our day is spent looking at charts or talking about seeds and equipment. It’s a small operation. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have lived here our whole lives. We know the shortcuts through the hills and which shops have the best food. People come to us because they know we’ve been around. We don't use big words or try to act like a big city company. We just do our work and go home to our families. The view of the mountains is something we see every day, so we sometimes forget how lucky we are to work in such a place. It’s just home for us.
