We are set up at Singh Bhavan in Shaktinagar, which is in Rohru. Thakur Singh is the one who owns the house, and it’s located very close to the Bhima Kali Mandir. People often use the temple as a landmark to find us when they are coming from out of town. Living and working in Rohru means we are right in the middle of the apple country and other hill farming. We put this company together to help find solutions for the everyday problems we all face on our farms. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big staff or a polished website. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors and other farmers who stop by Singh Bhavan. Sometimes we meet under the shade of the trees or near the temple if the weather is nice enough. The building itself is just a regular home that we use for our business meetings and storage. We deal with whatever comes up, whether it’s seeds, tools, or just advice on how to handle the latest pests. It gets cold here in the winter, so things slow down a bit then, but we are always planning for the spring thaw. We are just a group of friends and neighbors who decided to make things official. It feels right to be working in the same place where we grew up and where our families have lived for many generations.
