Our place is up in the hills in Darlaghat, inside the G.A.C.L. Colony. Being in Village Suli means we’re surrounded by a lot of greenery and it stays quite cool even in the summer, which is nice. This office is located in G-112, and it’s a pretty basic setup. Since we’re part of the colony, everyone knows everyone else. It’s not like a city office where you don’t know your neighbor’s name. We handle the local administrative stuff and some of the coordination for the work happening around Solan. The building itself is old-fashioned, built to withstand the mountain weather, so it stays solid but can get a bit damp during the monsoon. We spend our days dealing with files, talking to people from the village, and making sure the operations run without too many hiccups. It’s a slow pace of life compared to the big cities, but there’s always something to do. We don't have any flashy signs or billboards. Most people just know where we are because we’ve been here for a long time. In the mornings, you can see the mist rolling in over the hills, which is a nice view from the window while you’re sorting through the mail or having a quick cup of tea before the real work starts. It’s just a regular workplace in a beautiful spot, focusing on the day’s tasks and nothing more than that really. We just keep to our schedule and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down.
