Dodson Lindblom International

We have our office set up in Sector H of Aliganj, Lucknow. The address is C-127, and it’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the neighborhood. Dodson Lindblom International has been running out of this spot for some time. It's a mix of residential houses and other small offices around us. The street gets a bit crowded during the school run or when people are coming home from work. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have a few computers and some chairs that aren't the newest, but they do the job. We don’t have a receptionist sitting at the front all day. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend most of the day looking at plans or typing up notes on various projects. It can get pretty warm in Lucknow, so the AC is usually running if the power is steady. We keep things low-key. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really specific reason. It’s mostly just pants and shirts, and maybe some sandals in the summer. We focus on the engineering or whatever tasks are on the desk that morning. It’s a small group of people who have worked together for a bit. We just get on with it without making a fuss. It is a decent place to spend the day working. We like the quiet afternoons when the street finally settles down and things get peaceful.
