DEV RISING NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is located at Manak Niwas in Ghanahatti, which is the home of Bhagat Ram Manak. It is a bit of a distance from the main Shimla town, so it is much quieter and more peaceful out here. We started DEV RISING NIDHI LIMITED to help out the villagers and families who live in this part of the hills. The office is basically just a room in the house with some old wooden furniture and cupboards for all the files. During the winter months, it gets very cold in Ghanahatti, so we keep a small heater going while we work on the accounts. People come in from the nearby villages to talk about their savings and how to manage their money. We know almost everyone by their name because it is a small place. We aren't like those big offices where you are just a number. Here, we take our time and explain the paperwork to anyone who feels confused. Bhagat Ram is usually around, so there is always a familiar face to talk to. We like being based in Ghanahatti because the community is very tight. Sometimes we even have tea with the people who drop by. We do not do any big advertising because word of mouth works better for us. If you reach Ghanahatti, just ask for Manak Niwas and you will find us easily. There is usually someone here to answer the door and help you out.
