Bakson Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is situated up in Shilu Kala, Parwanoo. We’re right near the Mor Pen Factory, which is a good landmark because the roads around here can be a bit winding. Being in Parwanoo means we’re surrounded by the hills, so the air is a bit different than the cities down below. It’s a bit quieter too, though you still hear the factory sounds and the trucks climbing the slopes. The building we’re in is practical, not really something you’d look at twice. It’s mostly just lab space and storage areas. We have a routine of checking the batches and making sure everything is where it should be. The weather can get a bit chilly in the winter, so we usually have some tea going to stay warm. It’s not a giant corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a place where people wear lab coats and get their hands into the work. Sometimes we see the monkeys outside, which is a bit of a distraction, but otherwise, it’s pretty focused inside. The commute up the hill can be a bit tiring if you’re doing it every day, but once you’re here, it’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and most of the locals know who we are. It’s just a small part of the industrial belt here, doing what needs to be done every single day regardless of the weather.
