We are located right at 20 Lakkar Bazar in Shimla. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to spot. It’s a lively part of town, always something happening outside the windows. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Our work takes us all over, even serving people down in Varanasi, which keeps our schedule pretty full. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and get through the paperwork. It gets cold here in the winter, so we usually have the heater running all day. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. Mostly, people just come in with their files and we sit at the big table to figure things out. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We value the relationships we've built with the local folks over the years. They know where to find us if they have a question. We don’t use any fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a small team of us working hard. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we’re still here at number 20. It's a good place to be. We just try to stay focused and help out where we can. There is usually a bit of tea on the desk and some old calendars on the wall, but it works for us.
