You can find us at Shop Number 58 right on the Mall Road in Shimla. We are pretty close to Chamans, which is a landmark most locals and tourists know well. Being on the Mall Road means we see a lot of foot traffic every single day. We’ve been coordinating travels and trips from this small shop for quite a long time. Shimla is a busy place, especially when the tourists arrive, and things can get pretty hectic around here. Our office is small and filled with maps and old files, but it’s where everything happens. We don't have a big corporate feel or fancy uniforms. It’s just a few of us sitting behind the desks, answering phones and helping people figure out their travel plans. Whether it's a local sightseeing trip or a taxi to the plains, we handle a bit of everything. The weather up here changes fast, so we spend a lot of time checking road conditions. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of branches; we are just this one spot in Shimla. We’ve seen the seasons come and go, and we know how the town works. People usually just walk in while they are out for a stroll on the Mall. We don’t do much fancy advertising because being in this location for so many years has helped people find us easily. It’s just how we do things in the hills. It’s a simple life.
