We are based in Shimla, specifically in the Khalini area at L.C. House. If you’ve ever been to Shimla, you know how the hills are—lots of winding roads and small neighborhoods tucked away. Aishburg Realty is our small real estate firm. We’ve been operating out of this part of town for a bit, focusing on helping people with their housing and property needs. Shimla is a unique place for real estate because of the terrain and the local laws. It’s not like selling a flat in a big city. There’s a lot of walking involved and knowing which plots are actually buildable. Our office in Khalini is where we meet people and look over maps. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a few of us who know Shimla well and want to help others find a place here. The weather can be a bit of a challenge, especially in the winters when the snow hits, but we stay open. We don't use much fancy language because buying or selling property is stressful enough as it is. We just try to keep things calm and clear. People come to us because they want someone local who won't give them a runaround. We know the history of many of the houses around here. It’s a personal way to do business, but in a place like Shimla, that’s really the only way it works. We just take it one client at a time and see how we can help.
