If you’re ever in Shillong, you can find us on Mawkhar East Road. The building is called Justerfield and it’s right there in the heart of the town. Meghalaya is a beautiful place, and working here is quite different from the big cities. The air is cooler and sometimes the clouds just roll right past the windows. Our office is a simple one. We have the usual desks and computers, but the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed here at India Infoline. We deal with a lot of people from the local area, so it’s always friendly. The road outside can get narrow and busy with local taxis, but that’s just Shillong for you. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the day to start. Most of us have lived here a long time, so we know the community well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the info and paperwork. We take our tea breaks seriously, usually with some local snacks. It’s a good way to catch up on what’s happening in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing in the world, just a place for people to come when they need us. It’s a quiet life, mostly, and we like it that way. Justerfield is an old name, and we’re glad to be part of it. The hills outside are always nice to look at.
